Anyone can host a ShopWell party, and it is a great way to support The WellHouse and empower survivors of human trafficking. All purchases made at your home party will go directly towards supporting and equipping the residents at The WellHouse. ShopWell parties are also great opportunities to bring awareness to the issue of human trafficking within your circle of friends and family, so you can help become a part of the solution alongside The WellHouse.

We have three kit options for ShopWell parties - small, medium, and large. The small will accommodate parties up to 10 people, the medium will accommodate 10-20 people, and the large will accommodate 20+ people. See descriptions below for what is included in each kit. If you have any specific requests for items, we are always happy to customize your ShopWell party kit. Once you let us know the day of your event and select your kit size, we will ship it to your desired location. Every kit will include all ShopWell and WellHouse promotional materials, several ShopWell catalogs that attendees can order additional items from, order forms and payment forms, and all of the products (listed below) from your chosen kit:

Small Kit: Includes 1 pair of each of our earrings (11 total, variety of colors) 1 of each of our bracelets (variety of small and large, 10 total) 2 Cross Canvases, 5 prayer crosses (1 of each style) 5 of each ornament style (25 total). Total cost of kit: $720. *You will only be charged if items are not returned or payments are not sent within allotted time frame*

Medium Kit: Includes 2 pairs of each of our earrings (22 total, variety of colors) 2 of each of our bracelets (1 small and 1 large, 20 total) 5 Cross Canvases, 10 prayer crosses (2 of each style) 8 of each ornament style (40 total). Total cost of kit: $1,380. *You will only be charged if items are not returned or payments are not sent within allotted time frame*

Large Kit: Includes 4 pairs of each of our earrings (44 total, variety of colors) 4 of each of our bracelets (2 small and 2 large, 40 total) 8 Cross Canvases, 15 prayer crosses (3 of each style) 12 of each ornament style (60 total). Total cost of kit: $2,440. *You will only be charged if items are not returned or payments are not sent within allotted time frame*

We will send order and payment forms that shoppers at your party will fill out when making their purchases. At the end of your party, you will have 24 hours to email us the forms with credit card payments and we will process those on our end. You can also accept checks made out to The WellHouse. No cash is accepted at ShopWell parties. If your shoppers need to pay in cash, a check for the total amount of cash sales will need to be mailed to the WellHouse at the end of your party. We will provide all mailing addresses and information about obtaining payment after you set the party date.

In order to get your ShopWell party kit, we will need a credit card number to keep on file. The kit is shipped to you for free after you sign up to host a party. Included in the kit is a prepaid shipping label that can be used to send back any items that did not sell at your party. Any unsold items will need to be received 10 days after your party. Your card on file will be charged for the entirety of the cost of your chosen kit if a.) Order forms for items are not sent with payments 24 hours after your party or b.) Leftover items are not received 10 days after your party.

Parties can be hosted in homes, at your local church, in a backyard or office building! The sky's the limit as to where a party can be hosted.

We will send you all of the items to sell in addition to the promotional materials to display at the party that explain the work being done at the WellHouse and other ways to get involved. You will need to provide tables and anything you might need for your party. That could include decorative bowls to place bracelets in, stands to display necklaces and earrings, or you can simply arrange items on your counter or dining table. The setup can be as simple or involved as you want.

YES! If you choose to host a ShopWell party, you will receive credit towards future ShopWell purchases based on the amount that is sold at your party. For every $100 sold, you will receive $10 to spend on our products, up to $150 in ShopWell credit.

If you are local to the Birmingham area, we will do our best to attend your party if you want a representative present. Due to our limited staff and availability, we cannot guarantee that a representative will be in attendance. If we are able to attend your party, we will handle the setup and sales. For those located out of state or outside the Birmingham area, you will be responsible for the setup and sales of ShopWell at the party.

If an item sells out and more of your shoppers want to buy that same piece, do not fear. You can have them fill out an order form and we will ship them the item after your event. As a perk for buying at your ShopWell party, they will receive free shipping if a sold out item is purchased during your event.
