Chief Operations Officer, and I joined the staff team in April 2019.
What is your favorite part about your job?
Watching the process of healing, strengthening, and hope growing in each of our survivors. This is joyful inspiration! Also, I love supporting and working alongside our directors. They are dedicated, incredible people.
Tell us about your educational and professional experience that equips you to be successful in this field.
Prior to The WellHouse, I worked 10 years in education. My bachelor's degree is in International Business and master's in Secondary Mathematics Education. Before transitioning to the position of COO, I served as Chief Development Officer at The WellHouse. I'm grateful to serve in this ministry and be a part of this field, as it has only grown my passion for people.

Several favorite memories... some of them are graduations - a precious, sacred moment and what it means to survivors; writing graduate stories for She Is Safe - what a tremendous honor; and our staff bonds and friendships - walking together through hard things and celebrating together in the blessings.
How has working at The WellHouse impacted your life?
So many ways! The WellHouse is a special and holy place that continues to change my heart and my life. Witnessing transformation time and again, my faith has deepened in a patient, powerful, loving God who really does draw near to the brokenhearted.
